Monday kicks off our annual Feed HIs Lambs Food Drive! From November 4th-15th, we are asking each grade level to bring in a specific food item to help families in need this Thanksgiving. Additionally, we are also providing 26 pumpkin pies to families, but we need your help! We are asking for monetary donations to help us buy the ingredients necessary to make these pies. No amount is too small, as we really appreciate your help in providing Thanksgiving meals to those in need!
The grade that brings in the most canned goods will receive a movie during their lunch period, as well as a special treat!
The grade that brings in the most monetary donations will receive lunch in their classrooms with a special guest visitor and will do a fun activity!
Please see the flyers attached for more information! Let's come together as a Brave family and give back to those in need this Thanksgiving! #ItsAGreatDayToBeBrave

We were so impressed with how engaged and enthusiastic our 4th graders were during their field trip to JaBizTown! The students had such a great time learning and exploring, and we’re excited to share a few more photos from their fun-filled day. Enjoy!

REMINDER: There will be no school for all students Wednesday, October 16th - Friday, October 18th for Parent-Teacher Conferences and staff professional development. We will begin the second quarter when all students return on Monday, October 21st!

Our 4th graders are excited to be at JA BizTown today! This unique field trip provides an engaging, hands-on experience where students step into the roles of business leaders, consumers, and citizens. They’ll learn valuable lessons about financial literacy, teamwork, and responsibility while running their own mini-economy. It’s a fun way to bring classroom learning to life and empower students with real-world skills!

Our kindergarten class had a wonderful field trip to Weston Red Barn Farm! The students enjoyed a day of hands-on learning and fun, exploring the pumpkin patch and meeting farm animals. It was a great opportunity to experience farm life and enjoy the outdoors. Thank you to all the parent chaperones for helping make this trip so special!

Our Edwardsville Elementary 3rd graders have been diving into hands-on learning! They explored force and motion by experimenting with different objects and materials. Then, as part of their mapping unit, they went on an adventurous playground scavenger hunt, using compasses and clues to discover hidden treasures! #204BravesPride

EDW is taking the pledge against bullying! Today during lunch, members of the Braves LEAD team gave short presentations about ways to stop bullying in our school. After, every student signed their name and took the pledge to Be a Brave, Not A Bully! It's a great day to be BRAVE!

Our Braves LEAD team members met this morning to work on Bullying Prevention projects! This group created blue paper chain decorations to hang in the cafeteria as part of the #BlueUp Day we had for spirit week! Some group members also worked on presentations to raise awareness about Bullying Prevention! Way to go EDW Braves! #BeABrave #USD204

A group of Edwardsville Elementary students enjoyed lunch today with Superintendent Moulin and members of the Edwardsville Kansas Police Department, a prize won during the school's Bingo Night! 🏆🍽️ A huge thank you to all the families who came out to support this fun event! That support helps build a strong school community, fostering connections that enrich the lives of our students both inside and outside the classroom. 🧡

Meanwhile, our 2nd graders are busy preparing for their upcoming music program by learning a colorful scarf dance. It's been wonderful to see the students engage with music in creative ways!
